Getting started

I forgot my PIN

On the login screen tap “Forgot PIN?”, enter your username, and answer your security question to set a new PIN. If you don't remember your answer, ask your Hotel Admin to reset your PIN from the Team screen.

I forgot my Admin password

On the Hotel Admin or Platform Admin login screen tap “Forgot password?” to receive a secure reset link by email.

How do I report a found item?

Open the Report tab, take or upload a photo, choose the category and location, add a description, and submit.

How do I change the language?

Tap the globe icon on the login screen or your dashboard header, or open Settings → Preferences → Language. English and Portuguese are supported.

Account & privacy

Each hotel's data is fully isolated. Any signed-in user can request deletion of their account and personal data in the app via Settings/Profile → “Request account deletion”, or by emailing us. Verified requests are actioned within 30 days.
