admin@foundflow.netOn the login screen tap “Forgot PIN?”, enter your username, and answer your security question to set a new PIN. If you don't remember your answer, ask your Hotel Admin to reset your PIN from the Team screen.
On the Hotel Admin or Platform Admin login screen tap “Forgot password?” to receive a secure reset link by email.
Open the Report tab, take or upload a photo, choose the category and location, add a description, and submit.
Tap the globe icon on the login screen or your dashboard header, or open Settings → Preferences → Language. English and Portuguese are supported.
Each hotel's data is fully isolated. Any signed-in user can request deletion of their account and personal data in the app via Settings/Profile → “Request account deletion”, or by emailing us. Verified requests are actioned within 30 days.
