These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the FoundFlow Lost & Found management platform (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, the hotel and its authorised users agree to these Terms.
1. Platform Usage
- FoundFlow is provided as an internal operational tool for hotels to record and manage found items.
- Access is limited to authorised hotel staff and administrators via issued credentials.
- The App must be used lawfully and only for legitimate Lost & Found operations.
2. Hotel Responsibilities
- The hotel is the data controller for the records, staff accounts, and photos it creates in the App.
- The hotel manages its staff accounts, roles, and access, and deactivates accounts of departed staff.
- Staff should only capture information and photos necessary to identify found items and must handle personal items lawfully.
- The hotel is responsible for the accuracy of records and for the physical custody and return of found items.
3. User Responsibilities
- Keep login credentials (email/password, PIN, security answers) confidential.
- Use the App only for its intended purpose and in accordance with hotel policy.
4. Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, or modify features over time.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App assists with recording and tracking found items; it does not guarantee recovery or return of any item. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost items or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
6. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse or breach of these Terms. Upon account deletion, associated data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
